Highland Park Addition

Space comes at a premium in this upscale Dallas neighborhood. Many people go up or “pop the top” but there was ample room to find in the backyard. This family wanted separate living quarters for the grandparents for extended stays and a backyard addition was the best use of space. Over 1,200 feet of space was added in the light filled addition that included a bedroom, bathroom and living rooms.
J & C Ranch Addition

An addition to a Victorian style ranch house that required blending two distinct architectural styles. The family wanted ample space and light in the addition and wanted the styles to blend well. We seamlessly integrated the new space with the original structure, respecting the character of both styles.

This cantilever condo extends outward beyond its foundation or supporting walls. A portions of the living space "hangs” over the edge of the supporting foundation to create a striking, modern design. This design was created to get the most amount of living space for the plot of land in east Dallas.

The spaces in this ranch house felt outdated or closed off. We opened up walls to de- compartmentalize rooms and updated the kitchen , living spaces to be more open-concept. Removing walls between the living room, kitchen, and dining room cmade the space feel larger and more connected
